This website is operated by Fonima Prints & Apparel. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fonima Prints & Apparel.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting artwork, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. If you allow a minor to use this website, you are responsible for their activity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

  1. PRODUCTS AND DESIGNS

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, sizes, and details accurately. Actual colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, shirt materials, printing methods, and normal production variations.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected design, grade, shirt color, size, spelling, and other order details before completing a purchase.

  1. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

For personalized or custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, logos, artwork, colors, and instructions.

Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Personalized and custom products are subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

We may refuse artwork or customization requests that are unlawful, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, misleading, or that appear to violate another person’s rights.

  1. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK

By uploading or providing a logo, photograph, design, name, message, or other material, you confirm that:

• You own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
• Our printing of the material will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• The material does not violate any applicable law.

You give Fonima Prints & Apparel permission to use, resize, adjust, reproduce, and print the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfill your order.

We will not use customer-provided artwork or photographs for advertising or promotional purposes without permission.

You are responsible for claims resulting from artwork or material you submitted without the necessary rights or permission.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, inappropriate artwork, production limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Personalized and custom products may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved order details.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website, store name, text, graphics, photographs, product images, store-created designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fonima Prints & Apparel.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to the permissions described in Section 4.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website or our services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• To violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• To transmit malicious software or interfere with website security.
• To collect another person’s personal information without permission.
• To impersonate another person or provide false information.
• To submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or infringing material.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment processors, shipping carriers, and other third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or actions. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Purchases made from Fonima Prints & Apparel are transactions directly between the customer and Fonima Prints & Apparel. Shopify is not the seller of our products.

  1. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you give us permission to use it to operate and promote our business.

You confirm that your submission is truthful, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
